During these times of uncertainty for everyone, we wanted to reassure our Puralife customers and followers that we are currently operating business as normal, and we do not foresee any product shortages.

We are already taking steps to minimise the risk of coronavirus to our team here at Puralife, with most of our team working from home.

Our warehouse and offices are based in the UK and we are following the government guidelines.

We are supporting one another having regular video calls to keep up to date with not only work but also support.

These don’t have to be lonely times!

ORDERS & DELIVERIES
Our orders are still same day dispatch Mon-Fri if placed before 12:00pm. Royal mail are advising that they are no longer asking for signatures at the point of delivery to reduce contact risk.

Delivery services are experiencing a large increase in demand. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERIES TO ARRIVE BEFORE CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
